Thenmala - God's own Tourist Village

A small waterfalls seen aside the road strip towards Thenmala. As said in the hanging bridge photo post before we are continuing our trip towards Thenmala dam and Palaruvi waterfalls. Moving through the Kollam-Thirumangalom NH-208 just before the Lookout point of Thenmala this small watercascade came into view. Its seen in the left side of a sharp curve in the road.

The Roads for Reaching Thenmala is Good. The Place is now Eco-tourism Enabled Place. Many Foreign Tourists Came to Thenmala & Enjoy the Feelings.The Climate in Thenmala is Good For Humans. The Nearest Waterfall in Thenmala Waterfall is Kuttalam Waterfall in Tamil Nadu.

Eventhough not at all a big waterfalls compared to other ones in Kerala, it has its own charm. When splashing down from that small height of a few foots the falls turns milky. The mini waterfalls seems to be human made for the sole purpose of bathing and other needs. Small hoses are laid in the

stream and used to divert water into tea shop beside the falls.
In Olden Periods Thenmala is the Heritage of Travancore Kings. The Rest Place of King is Known as Thenmala.Thenmala's Major Attraction is Forests. The Dark Forests in Thenmala. I so Enjoy in Thenmala in Rainy Season. Wow! What a Climate!.Thenmala Dam is Another Attraction. In Thenmala Dam the tourists can enjoy facility there. The Dam is Awesome in Kerala. Thenmala is Situated in Kollam District Kerala.

This is Place can to View Tamilnadu State. In the way Ramakkalmedu to View Points is not good. The Place Can Reach Only on Foots. Very Difficult to Reach Ramakkalmedu Top. In Middle Way to Viewpoints Can View Tamilnadu State. Their is Huge Wind Place.

2.Kuravan Korathi Mala

In this Place is Good . The Entrance Pass is Rs.10 . The Statue is the Only Attraction in this Place. Childrens can Like this Place.
